How does the free plan work?

Free workspaces include a one-time usage grant that covers rendering and AI features. Upgrade when you need monthly production usage.

Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What counts as usage?

Rendering images and video, AI edits, AI materials, photo-to-3D, and prompting in Studio all draw from the same monthly usage. Video draws by the second of finished output, and time connected to Studio draws by the minute. Your workspace shows how much you have left.

How does included usage work?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each billing period. Pro includes 3.5× Starter's, and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. How far it goes depends on the work: stills go furthest, video and long Studio sessions draw more.

What 3D file formats do you support?

Bring models through native plug-ins for Blender, KeyShot, CLO, and 3ds Max, or use supported 3D and CAD files including GLB, glTF, USD, USDZ, FBX, OBJ, STEP, and STL.

Do I need to know 3D software?

No. Glossi runs in the browser. Upload a model, choose or build a scene, then produce the content your team needs.
