Yes. The Glossi Max Exporter validates supported scenes, converts supported V-Ray materials to PBR, writes a GLB, and can upload it directly.
Run the Glossi exporter, resolve any validation blockers, then choose Export and Upload. The processed model opens in your Glossi workspace.

No. The exporter snapshots and restores the scene after export. The source .max file remains untouched.
The exported GLB remains on disk. Fix the issue and publish again, or upload that GLB manually in the Glossi web app.
